We Kleiner Perkins are excited to double down on our investment in Enterpret. Varun Sharma and Arnav Sharma are forces of nature who will run through walls to win. We’re proud to be in business with them as they work to give the CDP an AI-driven facelift. More thoughts below. https://lnkd.in/gykJ9A2y
CUSTOMERS. Oh, what a special thing they are. They believe in what you do. They believe it solves a problem they care about enough that they are willing to spend money on it. They genuinely want to make it work. But sometimes, they run into issues, which they share with you, hoping you’ll learn and improve. They also have hopes and aspirations of what your product could be. They also share that with you. And, sometimes, they get so much value from what your product offers that they shout from the rooftops and tell everyone to buy it just because they are so invested in your success. Your company is alive because of its customers. You have a job because of your customers. Customers matter. The Voice of Customer Matters. Enter Enterpret. At Enterpret, we are building the Operating System for Customer Centricity alongside some of the most customer-centric CX and Product teams in the world, who also have the highest of bars for what counts as good - Canva, Notion, Loom, monday.com, Strava, Descript, Vimeo, Linear, and many others. Our customers have believed in us, supported us and thoughtfully pushed us to continue raising the bar. So, today, as we announce our Series A, I want to first and foremost thank our customers at Enterpret. This day wouldn’t have come to fruition had you not trusted an early-stage startup to help your company become more customer-centric. 🙏 As part of our Series A raise, we are excited to welcome the amazing Rayfe Gaspar-Asaoka from Canaan to our board. I also want to thank our other investors, many of whom invested in us pre-revenue and doubled down in this round—Kleiner Perkins(Josh), Peak XV Partners(Harshjit), Unusual Ventures (Sandhya & John), Wing Venture Capital (Zachary), Recall Capital (Sarah & Somrat), and others. We’re also thrilled to welcome some incredible new angels who joined this round, including, but not limited to, Lauryn Motamedi (Isford) Motamedi (Head of Product Growth at Notion), Elena Verna (VP of Growth and Data at Dropbox), Nan Yu (Head of Product at Linear), Andrew Berman (Director of AI at Zapier), and Adena Nadler (Head of CX at The Browser Company), and Abishek Viswanathan. Four years into Enterpret, it’s been quite the ride—sometimes it feels like four weeks, other times like four decades. But through it all, our team's grit, optimism, and customer focus have carried us through. Team is Everything! To our future team-mates and our future customers - We are ready for you. Namaste and welcome to Enterpret! :)

We're proud to partner with juna.ai team on their mission to tackle one of the biggest challenges in heavy industries. Interested in driving efficiency and sustainability in manufacturing? They're hiring. More below.👇
Today marks a pivotal moment for us at juna.ai as we emerge from stealth mode and announce we have raised $7.5 million in seed funding led by Kleiner Perkins in participation from Norrsken VC! 🎉 When we started juna.ai, our mission was to tackle one of the biggest challenges in heavy industries—decarbonizing and optimizing complex industrial processes. We had a strong belief that by leveraging advanced AI, we could transform manufacturing facilities into intelligent, self-learning systems that operate autonomously. The manufacturing sector is responsible for ~40% of the world's total energy consumption, significantly contributing to global carbon emissions. With rising energy prices, disrupted supply chains, and increasing pressure to achieve net-zero emissions, manufacturers are facing unprecedented challenges. We set out to address these issues by creating AI-powered systems that not only optimize operations in real-time but also reduce energy consumption and carbon footprints. Over the past year, we have made incredible strides. We've developed cutting-edge AI-based control systems and have already deployed our product with early customers, demonstrating real-world success and generating tangible savings. But there's still a long journey ahead. We also couldn't be more proud to partner with some of the best investors in the world who are unwavering in their support: Josh from Kleiner Perkins, Tove and Fabian from Norrsken VC, and our angel investors John Doerr and Jürgen, Matthias, Thomas, Yariv & Bilge from ellipsis. As we continue to grow, we're actively hiring across multiple tech roles. If you're passionate about making a real impact by driving efficiency and sustainability in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you! Transforming healthcare one call at a time! Congratulations on your raise Ankit Jain Shyam Rajagopalan and the entire Infinitus Systems, Inc. team! 🚀
Today, I’m excited to share Infinitus Systems, Inc.’s $51.5 million Series C led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Coatue, GV (Google Ventures), Kleiner Perkins and Memorial Hermann Health System. When Shyam Rajagopalan and I started Infinitus more than five years ago, we did so with a vision to make healthcare “wait-less.” Since our founding in 2019, we’ve been committed to creating a future where every patient has up-to-the-minute information and support at every stage of their healthcare journey and technology works for employees instead of the other way around. Today’s significant milestone marks a pivotal moment in our journey to revolutionize healthcare through the power of AI. This has been a remarkable year for Infinitus, which surpassed four million calls made by our AI agent a few months ago. We’ve been up to a lot in 2024, including: ⚡ In May, we launched our electronic benefit verification solution for patients covered by Medicare Part B. ⚡ Then, in August, we launched eBV for patients covered by commercial insurance, instantly providing data necessary to get patients access to treatment. ⚡ Today, we’re releasing FastTrack™, the first purpose-built AI copilot for healthcare, which enables call center staff to bypass lengthy IVR systems and hold times. Congrats Brendan, Sue & Maximillian! None of this would be possible without our incredible team of Infinauts, who believe deeply in our mission and push the boundaries of innovation to drive us forward. Thank you to Katie Roof at Bloomberg for covering the announcement: https://lnkd.in/gnSAMS7U More details on our Series C in our blog: https://lnkd.in/gj6iTybR More about the launch of FastTrack in our announcement: https://lnkd.in/gm39CUGS Scott, Krishna, Ilya, Feby, Thomas

Sat down with Ilya Fushman to talk through the story of Loom, who's known us since early 2017 (~8mo post initial launch) and Loom's first external board member. Saw all the ups and downs. Unwavering support through it all and tough love when required. Joubin Mirzadegan is an excellent interviewer asking the real questions about what it's like to go through an acquisition process. Thank you for making this convo happen 🙏🏼 I hope ya'll enjoy and if you have questions going through a similar process, feel free to reach out.
In the early hours of a Tuesday morning, Joe Thomas and Ilya Fushman discussed Loom’s $975 million acquisition with Atlassian. Excitement and disbelief filled the air as Joe recalled, “I was shaking the whole time.” With Loom’s customers creating over 5 million videos a month, the acquisition marked a shift for the async video messaging platform. In this episode, they uncover the behind-the-scenes of Loom’s acquisition, the impact of AI defaults, and insights on strategic fundraising. Excited to have this wide ranging conversation with my dear friend Harry Stebbings. I first met Harry as a 19 year-old when he interviewed me at SaaStr in 2016 - I thought he had greatness written all over him.
