We will begin 2025 with 24 new directors on our board. More than 200 individuals from member companies from a diverse array of industries make up the entire Indiana Chamber board. They are presidents, CEOs and high-level executives from organizations throughout the state.
“We’re adding many talented professionals from around the state as we head into a pivotal year,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “We will call on our board members to apply their specific knowledge and talents to get engaged and help shape not only the Chamber’s future, but the state’s as well.”
The new board members were officially installed during the Chamber’s fall board meeting in November. They include:

- Christopher Broome, president at Draper (Spiceland);
- Ben Brydges, executive vice president, North America at dormakaba Americas (Indianapolis);
- Mike Dilts, chairman and CEO at Shiel Sexton (Indianapolis);
- Nate Feldman, CEO at IBJ Media (Indianapolis);
- Mike Godard, president at Indiana State University (Terre Haute);
- Joey Graziano, EVP of strategy and new business ventures at Pacers Sports & Entertainment (Indianapolis);
- Nick Heiny, general counsel at Metal Technologies (Auburn);
- Nick Hoagland, chief revenue officer at Backhaul Direct LLC (Indianapolis);
- Ian Hyatt, chief of staff at Purdue University (West Lafayette);
- Kent Kramer, president and CEO at Goodwill Industries of Central & Southern Indiana (Indianapolis);
- Bob Kuzman, SVP of member and government relations at MISO (Carmel);
- Jim Lancaster, president, recon and global headquarters executive director at Zimmer Biomet (Warsaw);
- John Martin, CIO at LDI, Ltd. (Indianapolis);

The board will be led by its new chair, Indianapolis employee benefits attorney Melissa Proffitt. Proffitt is the partner-in-charge of client relations at Ice Miller LLP, one of the largest general practice firms in the state and with 10 locations throughout the country.
