Updates

  • Finding, saving, and contacting leads that match your Ideal Customer Profile has never been easier with Hunter. We're excited to announce a major update to our Leads feature: → Save Companies as leads—not just individuals. → Assign Tags to your leads for streamlined organization. → New Table View for simpler sorting and more effective bulk actions. But that’s not all. To read about more updates & what’s coming next, head to our blog for a detailed breakdown. (Link in the comments) P.S. A huge congratulations to our team for their hard work on this incredible release! 👏

  • High email bounce rates can damage your sender's reputation. Here’s how to avoid it: Monitor your bounce rate and stick to a few rules. Why? Following these rules helps maintain a positive sender reputation, ensuring your emails reach recipients' inboxes. Here are the key rules you should follow: → Under 2% – The ideal sweet spot. → 5% – Investigate each bounce. Pause campaigns, check bounce messages, and validate email addresses. If invalid, delete them from future campaigns. If there’s an issue with the recipient’s inbox or DMARC policy, ensure DMARC is set up for secure, authenticated emails. → Over 10% – Pause immediately and inspect closely. Make sure to configure DKIM, SPF, and DMARC, and warm up email addresses before sending cold emails. How do you manage email bounces? 🧐 P.S. Check out the full guide on email bounce management in the comments below. 👇 #coldemail #coldbutpersonal

✨ Design update! ✨ Two weeks ago, we rolled out a major design update featuring a completely overhauled navigation layout! 🧭 Our goal was to make product discovery smoother and enhance the overall user experience—from sourcing leads to engaging with them seamlessly. Design changes can be disruptive, especially for users who’ve been with us for years. But as our platform grows and workflows evolve, these updates are essential to ensure we always deliver the best possible experience. In addition to the technical considerations, this release also came with its own set of challenges—like updating every asset in our Help Center, onboarding emails, and more. However, with the help of PostHog's Feature Flags and a carefully planned progressive rollout, we were able to confidently introduce the new design to our entire user base. 😇 A huge shoutout to the Engineering team for their hard work in making this happen! 🎉 Special thanks to Christophe Hermann, our talented Product Designer, for his vision and dedication throughout the process. Here’s to continuing to improve and make Hunter better. 🙌

  • Do this before scaling your cold outreach. Email warmup. Why? Email warmup helps you build a positive sender reputation, making reaching your recipients' inboxes easier. It starts with sending just a few emails each day. Gradually increase your daily sending volume to match what you will use in your cold email campaigns later. Here's a warmup schedule example you can follow:  → Week 1: 10 warmup emails/day  → Week 2: 15 warmup emails/day + 5 cold emails/day  → Week 3: 15 warmup emails/day + 10 cold emails/day  → Week 4: 20 warmup emails/day + 10 cold emails/day Do you warm up your email accounts? 🧐 P.S. Ziemek Bućko wrote a great warm-up guide (read below). 👇  #coldemail #coldbutpersonal
