The City of Atlanta wants to break ground on another "rapid housing" development before the end of the month. This will be on city-owned property at the northwest corner of 17th Street and Northside Drive. The city plans to use modular units to provide 100 residences as part of a three-story structure. The city's Rapid Housing Initiative provides housing plus mental health (and other) services to people experiencing homelessness. https://lnkd.in/ehJSAAJ7
