Child care affordability is a pressing issue for families across Georgia. However, as George "Buzz" Brockway highlighted during the latest Senate study committee meeting, funding alone isn’t enough. 📌 "CAPS represents the largest challenge to solving safety-net programs by limiting upward mobility and discouraging marriage," said Brockway. The solution? A thoughtful overhaul of child care subsidies to ensure they promote work and strengthen families. Let’s align policies with the goal of empowering upward mobility for all Georgians.
