From our very first time engaging with Top Workplaces, their evaluation of our DEI initiatives at MMA has provided us with top marks. As a DEI leader, I'm very proud of this, but I am even prouder when I look at this word cloud generated from the survey results of words our Marsh McLennan Agency colleagues used to describe our workplace culture. As with word clouds, the larger the word, the more colleagues used that word in their survey answers. "Inclusive" takes center stage from the hundreds of words our colleagues provided to describe our culture--and the surrounding 20 words are pretty dynamite too! I'm so grateful and inspired that so many of our team experiences inclusion in our organization. It's not something that happens by chance, but instead results from the attention, care and commitment that so many of our colleagues demonstrate on the daily.
