Endeavor’s Miami affiliate was established in 2013, with the support of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, as the first U.S. affiliate of the global Endeavor organization. Miami’s Endeavor Entrepreneurs generated over $800M+ in revenues and employed over 5,000 individuals in 2022. With the addition of its newest companies, the affiliate currently supports 35 companies and 60 Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

As we reflect on 2024, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible milestones achieved this year—whether it was launching our newest office in Ukraine, opening our global hub in London, or welcoming 152 new high-impact entrepreneurs.

During last week's Endeavor Miami Summit, I spoke about the growing significance of #LatinAmerica#venturecapital to U.S. national security interests. As more of the world -- including strategic competitors like China -- comes to recognize the entrepreneurial talent in the region, founders must have options for values-aligned investors over those with unclear or misaligned motives.
This makes the work of the Americas Partnership Investor Network and other similar initiatives all the more critical to ensure there is ample venture capital available in the region. It is in the U.S. national interest, and that of our regional partners, that we do not make the same mistake we did with physical and digital infrastructure as well as critical minerals -- we need to ensure strategic partners have options for sources of values-aligned investment.
