We Helped a Beauty Salon Open in McKeesport, PA! Duquesne University Small Business Development Center Success Story Julianne Gray, owner of In Bloom House of Beauty, first came to the Duquesne University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in August of 2024. Julianne's primary goal was to start a business, and she needed some help! The business consultants at the DUQ SBDC assisted Julianne with a business plan and guided her along the purchase and renovation process of her new business location. Julianne also took advantage of the DUQ SBDC's low-cost workshops and informational webinars in order to be prepared in the early stages of her business journey. Congratulations Julianne!
