This past week I had the privilege of demoing Dodie.ai's pitch and doing a Q&A with students at Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College as part of their school entrepreneurship program. Entrepreneurship is not for everyone but I’m a firm believer that it is, at its core a vessel for developing transferable skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. This program offers a stepping stone into entrepreneurial ways of thinking for school aged students, giving them tools and framework to launch their very own start-ups! It was a pleasure to share Dodie.ai’s story as a case study of the magic that can happen when MVP meets existing user demand, and the importance of addressing a problem you have a deep connection to. Earlier this week, we launched Entrepreneur 4.0 with over 40 students ready to explore the world of startups and innovation. As with previous cohorts, we’ve made some exciting tweaks to make this experience even better for the girls. We can’t wait to see what ideas our girls bring to life!
