#DISCUS2024: We worked hard to protect distiller & consumer interests across the nation. Notably, we were able to expand #RTD access for adult consumers in Pennsylvania! Additionally, 5 states made #CTG permanent bringing the total to 29, and we secured wins on spirits #RTDs in 3 states and defeated tax threats in 11 states.

#DISCUS2024: We were honored to have received the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year award from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the second consecutive year. We are dedicated to raising awareness within the industry about EPA’s new Energy Performance Indicator (EPI) tool developed specifically for distilleries.
