Corvias is dedicated to improving our military housing through reinvestment. By securing $560M in capital to support our military housing portfolio, Corvias will continue to enhance the quality of life for service members and their families across our communities. The housing improvements made possible through this investment will upgrade more than 2,000 homes, helping to increase the satisfaction of the military service members who choose to live in our on-post housing. #militaryhousing #MHPI #ARMY #militaryfamilies https://lnkd.in/ejShrCFB

Acts of kindness and generosity can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. Through both financial support and volunteerism, our team members strive to make a positive impact in the communities in which we live and serve. Over the past 4 years, our Summerfield Square team has had a tradition of sponsoring local families during the holiday season. What began as a small gesture for one family has grown to multiple families thanks to the generosity and support of our amazing team, faculty, and residents. We are truly grateful to be able to spread happiness and cheer during this special time of the year. Happy Holidays to all!

One of the ways Corvias supports team members in giving back to their community is through paid time off to volunteer. Fort Riley Assistant Operations Director, Nathan Roberts, recently helped raise money to purchase life-saving AED equipment through the GEARY COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION’s annual Fall Golf Classic. "Having access to healthcare is essential for this region and I'm glad I could do my part for this worthy cause. I'm appreciative of Corvias allowing us to use a day dedicated to service so we can help enrich our community." #CorviasGivesBack https://lnkd.in/djZTpjTP

Onsite leaders across our Higher Education Division came together to plan for 2025 and discuss meaningful ways to further support our partners and enhance the overall student housing experience. As a full-service housing provider, Corvias’ Higher Education Division is not only invested in its partnerships, but its team. Together, we celebrated the collective contributions of team members over the course of the year and the impact made on those we serve. #highered #studenthousing
