We conclude our Beyond the Plate Series with a feature on Data-Driven Marketing. The Culinary Edge's Pulse publication highlights the importance of leveraging customer data for targeted messaging, personalized offers, and segment-specific promotions. For example, First Watch uses its database of 7 million customers to tailor marketing efforts, while Red Robin’s revamped loyalty program gathers data to personalize communication and offers, driving customer frequency. How is your business leveraging customer data? #FoodserviceInsights #BeyondthePlate

CORE Foodservice reposted this
Last week our Dallas team, Lyndsey Smith-Wiley , Gilles Delaisse , Bill Ziegler, and myself hosted an open house for several of our DFW based chain operators, at our CORE Foodservice office. Our customers got to tour our warehouse, conference rooms which can host offsite meetings, & our full size test kitchen, where we had amazing action stations from our dedicated Mixologist Jeanette DeWolfe, WSET III and the one and only Chef Mark Stussi. We are already planning ideations for 2025, where we can help craft new menu ideas, LTO’s, drink specials, and more!!! Reach out to one of us to schedule your own ideation, and we will be happy to host you and your teams!

Thank you for everything you do, Nicole! 👏
🌟 Meet Nicole, a shining example of growth at CORE Foodservice! Nicole’s journey in foodservice began as a part-time Customer Service Representative, where she handled filing and commission statements. After about a year, she transitioned into a full-time role, gaining valuable hands-on experience by attending sales meetings, joining ride-alongs, and participating in food shows—all while connecting with Regional Managers. This exposure helped Nicole grow her network and deepen her understanding of the business. Now a valued member of the Bid Administration Team, she plays a key role in supporting the product lines CORE represents. Nicole’s story reflects what makes CORE special: a culture that nurtures talent and fosters continuous development in its people. 🔗 Interested in exploring a career in foodservice?
