One of the things Nat Turner, Ryan Hoge, Dan Van Tran and Eric Horne drive for the Collectors organization has been a huge push to improve the customer experience through tech. People used to have to wait to get their packages to see their grades from PSA. Through their leadership we now have digital grade reveal functionality complete with confetti flying for PSA 10's. I was having dinner at a show and was so excited to see how our customers just love this functionality. It is very similar to a pack-opening experience; just a lot of fun! #CustomerExperience #CollectorsCommunity

A blend of AI and human touch will enable us to achieve incredible things. 💯 Leadership and judgment are 10x skills and will become 100x skills Dan Van Tran, Catherine Miller, Abhyuday "Uday" Chakravarthi, Roxana Heitz, Liming Zhao, and Ben Winn shared invaluable, no-nonsense strategies for navigating the imperfect tech stacks, teams, and organizations we all encounter. They demonstrated how we can drive transformation even when things aren’t perfect—or even pretty. 👀 Roosevelt Island is a beautiful spot If you haven’t visited Roosevelt Island yet, now is the perfect time to find an excuse.
