Evidently secures $15M Series A to transform healthcare workflows with cognitive AI! Evidently, an AI platform revolutionizing healthcare workflows, has raised $15M in a Series A funding round. The platform addresses critical healthcare challenges by acting as an "AI resident," intelligently synthesizing information from disparate sources, such as external health records and faxes, to provide actionable insights and real-time decision support. Already deployed at leading health systems across the U.S., Evidently has delivered significant results, including reducing transplant referral chart prep time by over 90%, improving Case Mix Index accuracy, and enabling a post-acute care ACO to achieve a 1.4-point increase in Risk Adjustment Factor through harmonized data aggregation.
