We looking for a Senior Manager of Grants who will play a key role in the design, implementation, and management of the Paul M. Family Foundation's grantmaking policies, processes, and systems. This position ensures the efficient and effective management of the full grant lifecycle—from application processing and data management to reporting and stakeholder communication. The Senior Grants Manager will also lead strategic initiatives aimed at innovating and improving the foundation's grantmaking practices, directly contributing to the foundation's long-term impact and goals.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Grants Manager will supervise the Grants Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day grant activities. This position requires close collaboration with the leadership team and staff across the foundation to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and the strategic, effective management of grants. They will demonstrate the foundation’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in all its policies and practices and will value being part of a human-centered culture.
Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on professional and lived experience.
