Family Foundation's grantmaking policies, processes, and systems. This position ensures the efficient and effective management of the full grant lifecycle—from application processing and data management to reporting and stakeholder communication. The Senior Grants Manager will also lead strategic initiatives aimed at innovating and improving the foundation's grantmaking practices, directly contributing to the foundation's long-term impact and goals.
