Companies only need one, possibly two, merchant accounts for accepting payments from customers. We asked ChatGPT for help in listing top CRM companies and the card providers they have publicly available with a ranking of each payment provider. A key decision in finding a solution that works for your business is having one that has the payment method your business needs. Not the most. We created this list to see how we stood. Well, we have the top 7 covered (we didn't know this until we ran and dug into the results). We've only based adding providers on what our customers have asked for and provided it to them. It's nice that we are doing well, but still have a long way to go to hitting 100%, which is our goal. Key Note: Brilliance continues to evolve and improve for the better. Plus, we don't charge any fees for using any of these providers and don't make any money for you using them. This means you pay whatever your cost is and nothing to Brilliance. This is our dedication to our customers to provide them more value and less hidden fees.

I have been swamped with quesitons on what our AI capabilities within Brilliance CRM are today and what we plan on bringing in the future. Right now we have this within our Blogging and our Communications platform. Every module will get AI capabilities where it makes sense. When we say "makes sense" it's not just going to be added to be added. If we can add it to help the user be more efficient then we will. Our AI capabilities are available for every plan as well. 1. Right now you have two choices (Microsoft or OpenAI). 2. Text and Image generation currently with Speech coming. 3. Ability to choose platform/pricing plan of your choice. 4. Ability to create your own on any supported platform and pay actual costs. 5. You can create and use your own language model (LLM) or use defaults provided by the platform. 6. You can go back and view each query, who did it, and re-use it. 7. You can turn on/off whatever platform you want. 8. When you know a LLM (Large Language Model) is being retired you can set a end date so it turns off. You can also turn on one you know will be coming. 9. You can define your own costs for internal billing. 10. Everything is silo'd and adhere's to all HIPPA, GDPR, and industry consumer protections. 11. We never look at your information as this is your information and not ours. If you are using our API keys then we will look at that for billing information, but not your AI prompts/responses. We've been testing v1 of our AI integrations into Brilliance CRM and rolling this first out this weekend. We've been testing for over a year making sure we did this right and has been in our texting software. You can have a full blog article created for you in seconds and costs a few pennies.
