Black Sisters in STEM (Black SiS) is on a mission to unleash the global brilliance of Black women in STEM through portfolio building, mentorship and technical upskilling at scale. We prepare them with the technical skill set, inclusive leadership skills, and cultural competency to meet the demands of the emergent workforce. Black SiS is cultivating a pipeline of skilled Black women in STEM who are leading the way in addressing the racial wealth gap and creating multi-generational change.
