    Clay alternatives won’t work! This is something we often hear from long-time Clay users. And for them, it’s partially true—they’ve gotten used to a suboptimal UI, so switching to something new, even better, feels tough. But here’s the thing: there’s a huge group of users out there who are overwhelmed by how complex Clay’s interface is. One of our customers (now an ex-Clay user) recently shared how they find BitScale's UI really intuitive, all while maintaining customizability. On top of that, it’s been less than three days, and they’re already introducing BitScale to their customers. Products like Bitscale are naturally complex because of the depth of workflow functionality they offer. That’s why we’re laser-focused on keeping the UI as simple and delightful as possible.     AI Agents will revolutionise sales in 2025.     Scaling GTM for B2B SaaS | CoFounder @ BitScale

    We got reply rates of 20% and 12% and Opportunity conversion of ~60% for our own Outreach Campaigns! Now looking at the numbers in these images, a key question coming to your mind might be - "The numbers are too small to make an accurate conclusion" But that is not whole truth, there was an intent enrichment funnel (of ~500 prospects) before we got to those 2 smaller lists (of 24 and 66) which eventually got added to the Instantly Campaigns. A key aspect for us while using BitScale is always to find great proxies for high intent or a high recall value based on a common connect or a problem. So this is what we did- - we looked at people talking about their GTM and not happy with the complexity and costs of our competitors (like Clay). - Founders and GTM folks from our Alumni network looking to scale their GTM. The first prospect list used talking (commenting, liking posts) about those points socially as a proxy for high intent. The second prospect list used Alumni network as a way to create trust among these companies. Once we had a very highly targeted shortlist, the task was to keep the reachouts short, to-the-point and personalized at the same time. We used BitScale for the above steps i.e Lead Generation , Enrichment and finally Personalized Outreach. We have been running the campaigns on Instantly.ai. Shoutout to the team. (Bitscale has an integration with them as well). Still a long way to go, we will look to replicate and innovate on these approaches that we have found to be successful using BitScale ourselves.     Customer Success Story 🔥 We recently worked with a logistics company based in Sacramento, USA, who needed help improving their email outreach using BitScale. Before using BitScale, their cold emails were generic, which led to very low response rates—less than 1%. Some of their email domains were even flagged because of the low engagement. With BitScale, we helped them raise their reply rates to around 4-5% within a few days. What worked? The key was BitScale AI agent, which scanned their prospects’ websites and found useful details, like warehouses near Sacramento, latest news, announcement, launch.     A very interesting usecase that we helped a customer solve recently: They are a High-end Interior Furniture Manufacturer and we helped them with Lead Generation, Research and Enrichment for exploring partnerships with architects. They are a high-end couture design manufacturing company and were looking for architects with a particular Aesthetic and operating in a specific Design niche. Here are some of the steps that we helped them with: - Find Leads using relevant filters for their Ideal Profile - Visit lead's website and determine their design style and aesthetic (analyze the website portfolio) - If they are relevant then gather necessary enrichments around them (extract their professional info) - Help making a cold reachout (either through calls or email) Our in-house website data agent now helps them gather info from the company’s website and determine their aesthetic and design style based on their requirements. This is a very niche requirement, something which would have taken a lot of time doing manually, possible now in a matter of minutes with Bitscale.
