This week, our team volunteered at The Greater Boston Food Bank, the largest hunger-relief organization in New England and among the largest food banks in the country. Last year, GBFB distributed 117 million lbs. of nutritious food to people who struggle to have enough to eat. During our shift, we helped sort 15,062 lbs. of food that will create a total of 12,551 meals (4,368 meals will feed a family of 4 for 1 year). We’d like to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to each of the amazing individuals at GBFB, and we continue to be inspired by the incredible work they do everyday.
