Sometimes employees need support they don’t know how to ask for. Divorce is one of those times. Fairwell Inc comes in as a “personal thinking partner” to give employees clarity, direction and guidance as they navigate their journeys, because no one should feel alone at such a complex time. Founder Vicky Townsend has built a team of professionals comprising former family law attorneys, financial advisors and mental health counselors who offer compassionate support and guidance for the financial, legal, family and emotional impacts of divorce. We immediately recognized the importance of this service as an employee benefit – 44% of employees navigating a divorce said it negatively affected their work. Through Beanstalk, employees can access Fairwell’s detailed divorce blueprint, an interactive video course, a workbook, and schedule a personal consultation with a divorce coach who’s matched to their situation. If you want a platform that provides employees nontraditional resources to navigate the complexity of life, the Beanstalk Benefits was built for you. Parenting is an intricate balancing act. And because the top priorities of caregiving and getting dinner on the table are never done, there’s little time for self-care, personal interests and healthy adult relationships. Mom's Hierarchy of Needs, LLC provides moms with a subscription service for self-care, with delightful products, proven techniques, learning experiences, expert guides, events and community. CEO Leslie Forde designed a service just for moms that includes quarterly care packages, live expert motivational speakers, and time-saving resources – like their premium wellness app to spend more time on wellbeing. They give Moms time back to focus, along with a supportive community and self-care resources to make that time their own. Beanstalk is glad to offer Mom’s Hierarchy of Needs on its platform, knowing 72% of U.S. moms of children under 18 are in the workforce and that self-care is a crucial part of avoiding burnout, keeping families strong and personal growth. If you want a platform that truly gives the gift of time, the Beanstalk Benefits Suite was built for you. Do you know what your multivitamin is doing for you—or if it’s doing anything at all? Most off-the-shelf vitamins rely on one-size-fits-all formulas based on age and gender, missing critical nuances in diet, lifestyle, and health history. Plus, juggling multiple pills can leave people frustrated and skipping doses altogether. Vous Vitamin is reinventing daily wellness with personalized, all-in-one multivitamins. As women and doctors, endocrinologist Romy Block, MD, FACE and internist Arielle Levitan were appalled at how many manufacturers can and will put just about anything in a capsule and claim its health benefits without proof, leaving patients to guess between science and snake oil. So they designed a science-based approach that starts with a simple online survey that tailors a custom blend of vitamins to each person’s unique profile, whether they’re managing #diabetes, #perimenopause, heart health or something else. Vous Vitamin is available through Beanstalk Benefits, offering users access to a smarter, simpler way to support their nutritional health. If you want a platform that truly personalizes health support, Beanstalk Benefits was built for you. Beanstalk CEO Matthew Sydney closed the HealthCareTN Knoxville meeting today explaining the pivot point that’s been reached in employer-sponsored benefits: #HRTech, consumer desires, and industry shifts have aligned in ways that suggest a major shift in employers’ roles in Americans’ access to health and wellbeing resources. The era of personalized #employeebenefits is here. Key takeaways: ⏱️ 1/3 of #HR leaders’ time is spent managing vendors because “employer-sponsored” has historically meant employer-prioritized, employer-selected and employer-subsidized. 👉 “Sponsoring” in the true sense, though, would mean employers provide financial resources, but employees select what they need. 😶 “Quiet needs” don’t always get the benefits attention “squeaky wheels” do. But 48% of employees say stress about debt causes sleep problems, 25% of working parents have a child with a mental health challenge, and 1 in 4 men reported binge drinking in the last month. 🧩 Point solutions and benefits options have become hyper-specific because founders had needs that weren’t being met – so they created niche resources. There are over 14,000 now. 💲 Employers are often dissatisfied with the employee uptake and utilization of benefits. But consumers spent $480B on wellness in 2023. 👉 This market suggests employees are trying and using other tools. They’re not disinterested or uninvested. They just might need something different than what employers are offering. 🧑💼 Industry shifts including a 57% rise in fractional role, a 29% increase in employers offering ICHRAs in 2024, and 70% of employers considering Lifestyle Spending Accounts are reshaping employer-employee relationships. We’re all more likely to use what we choose for ourselves. Industry shifts have now made personalization possible. The next evolution in employer-sponsored benefits will shift decision-making to employees. Thank you, HealthCareTN, for dedicating this event to Transformation through Personalization.
