Monica joins Amstability as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Managing Director, Donna Jonas, bringing over a decade of experience in operational management and executive support. Monica’s impressive background includes strategic roles in both corporate and nonprofit environments. Most recently, she served as the Manager of Vendor Relations at the Museum of the Bible, where she was instrumental in managing key third-party contractors. Prior to that, she supported high-level executives, streamlining operations and enhancing organizational effectiveness in her role as Executive Assistant to the COO and CMO. Known for her attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to navigate complex challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, Monica is a perfect fit for Amstability’s dynamic and fast-paced environment. She’s also passionate about building strong relationships and fostering collaboration, both within teams and with external stakeholders. Outside of work, Monica is a proud mother of three, enjoys traveling, and is an avid football fan. Donna's distinguished career spans over 18 years in the military, government, and nonprofit sectors. As a former U.S. Army Aviation Officer and combat veteran, she deployed three times to Iraq and Afghanistan, leading complex mission operations. “🌿 Yesterday, we had the incredible opportunity to partner with the Pawnee Nation Historic Preservation Office to conserve 8 Civil War Era headstones at Fairlawn—Oklahoma’s oldest cemetery. This project showcases our unique capability in headstone preventive conservation, highlighting our commitment to preserving history and honoring the legacies of those who came before us. It was a moving experience to pay tribute to these veterans and ensure their stories are preserved for future generations to come.
