We had a fantastic presence at the NMSDC Conference in Atlanta this year, with 15 attendees from various parts of AGS, including client delivery, supply chain, DEI and business development. This event provided us with a valuable opportunity to connect with over 400 diverse suppliers and business leaders across different industries. The foot traffic at our booth demonstrated a strong interest in collaborating with AGS, and our 2025 mentorship program gained significant visibility as a resource for sharing best practices and building community. These discussions offered us useful insights to better support our supplier partners and reaffirmed the importance of fostering diverse supplier relationships. 🌟 Meet Suhail Shaikh, who has been a key player at AGS for more than two years. As an MSP operations manager, he has excelled at ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing supplier engagement. In 2023, Suhail assumed responsibility of a key client in the construction machinery sector and moved to Chennai to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration. At first, he faced significant challenges during a transition to a new invoice processing system, which created a backlog of over 2,000 unresolved invoices and an additional 600 generated monthly. With his dedicated team, Suhail implemented strategic initiatives that resolved $23M in invoices within six months. His successful management led to recognition from AGS leadership and the addition of an international technology program to his portfolio, broadening his expertise in high-profile projects. He also received an AGS Impact award in 2024. Outside of work, Suhail is a passionate automobile and food enthusiast. He loves taking weekend motorcycle rides to explore new places and discover exceptional cuisine.
