As we press pause for the holidays, join us in a practice inspired by Yin Yoga's wisdom. Find a quiet moment to sit with these questions: • Where in your work do you feel the deepest pull to create change? • What edges of discomfort are asking for your attention? • Which voices and stories need more room in your spaces? • What whispers to you in the quiet? Record your reflections. Let them guide your path toward equity in the year ahead.
This holiday season, we celebrate the power of community and collaboration. Together, we can create a world where equity and education go hand in hand. Thank you for being part of this journey. Wishing you a joyous and restful holiday season! ✨ #HappyHolidays #EducationalEquity

The Liberation Library: Tell Them We Are Rising The growth of HBCUs paralleled critical periods in U.S. history, including the Reconstruction era, where these institutions became beacons of progress amid harsh social and economic conditions. During the Civil Rights Movement, HBCUs served as rallying points for activism and change, with students and faculty often on the frontlines advocating for justice. The rich legacy of HBCUs includes producing prominent leaders, activists, and professionals, such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Thurgood Marshall, and Vice President Kamala Harris.
What is equityXdesign? It’s a practice. A mindset. A call to action. This framework empowers individuals and teams to rethink and redesign systems through an equity lens.
