Refine Your Targeting Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Revisit and refine your ICP to ensure you’re targeting the right prospects. Segment Your List: Create more specific segments based on industry, company size, or other relevant criteria. 3. Utilize Multi-Channel Outreach Email Campaigns: Combine personalized emails with automated sequences. Cold Calling: Integrate calls into your outreach strategy for a more personal touch. Social Media: Use platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to connect with prospects.

Review your CRM system for old meetings, demos and opportunities worth revisiting. Send them an email or LinkedIn message with relevant updates and useful insights they will find valuable. Ask them how they are doing and what the latest is rather than asking for anything in particular. They may ask you to catch if there’s something worth discussing. Use what is resonating most in those messages to craft new cold outreach. Rinse and repeat.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝘂𝘁? Try taking a break. Sometimes, stepping away shows how 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙚 kills progress for us 𝘼𝘿𝘿-𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙚* biz owners. It’s normal to get bored, but 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 what's printing money. Focus on mastering one lead source, then build up to two, three, and beyond as you scale. Just because a strategy isn’t exciting anymore doesn’t mean it’s done working—hire a team to manage it, and use your energy to explore the next source of leads you're most excited about. Lead gen is a long game. 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁 once you hit 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗧!

Go back to basics - 1) Spend some time researching about your prospect, and their business, before reaching out. 2) Create a hyper-customized cold email and cold call opening. In both these channels, stay relevant to their business, take relevant client names to build credibility, talk about the impact of your solution, and then put your ask - CTA - CTA should be straightforward and there should be a single ask in the CTA 3) Create multiple touchpoints for every prospect - Cold Call - Cold Email -Linkedin -Follow-up email - Video email - another cold call. There should at least be 8 touchpoints. 4) Utilise video emails effectively, as these are the newest methods to gain the attention of the prospect and stalled opportunities.

Then you should be present on Google Search and Social media, The right strategy here is to start a google ads and social media ads campaign to target the right audience with putting the right keywords and targeting strategy that make your audience finds you first to cover their needs.
