Personally, I think that there is no better thing than being self-employed, but this is indeed scary in the beginning. For my experience, I believe all points stated in the article are really crucial, but the most complex thing to master, and also the greatest benefit is the ability to manage your own time. At the beginning this can be a daunting task. An empty agenda at first might be too scary, and it can be difficult to keep working in creating leads, as it will be difficult not to take too much and understand how many customers and activities you can handle.
