Se ele não está apto para realizar nao perca tempo e chame o líder da manutenção no qual ele irá designar o trabalho para o mecânico certo. Nisso economiza tempo de diagnóstico e até mesmo evita outros problemas que podem ser causados por não ter a experiência correta

Primeiro é verificar o que se passa e depois analisa a causa para poder sim elaborar um plano de ação para resolver o problema

Firstly i would notify management and production team about the breakdown, assess the situation to identify potential causes.After identifying the cause I ensure safety by locking out/tagging out the machine. - Trouble shoot by reviewing machine manuals and documentation tracing the fault. - Determine if repair or replacement is more cost-effective. - Perform repairs or replace faulty components. - Test and verify machine functionality. - Document repairs and update maintenance records. - implement preventive measures by schedule regular maintenance checks. - Implement predictive maintenance techniques. - Train staff on proper machine operation.

It is also beneficial to have parts on hand that are maintenance related and have been identified as common failures. Verify all routine maintenance items have been addressed. If the problem persists or unrelated to maintenance, obtain a wiring diagram and look over the harness for any simple solutions.

Remember that repetitive failure requires more than failure management - repetitive failures are pattern that ought be studied and remedied. Root cause analysis would be a proactive approach, dissecting the multiple failure stages and highlighting the pain points of our mechanical system.

A good technician can save a team lots of valuable time because they have put the extra effort in after work to learn what they don’t understand. Also the more you know about the different systems and how they work together the easier it is to troubleshoot in a KISS (keep it simple stupid) manner. A lot of inexperienced technicians over complicate the issues.

This methodology is very short sighted because they are hindering their equipment’s ability to operate at its peek performance. For instance engines thrive off of good clean oil. With most manufacturers extending oil maintenance intervals to make their product cheaper to operate. It fails to protect the engines from the higher temperatures and carbon buildup in the engines. Causing early gasket failures from the acidic nature of the used oil. Regularly changing the oil at a set interval below what the manufacturer says is cheaper than replacing gear housing gaskets or rear main seals.

Draw up a personality profile for each machine and drive behavioral change for operators, hygiene teams and asset care crews. This will greatly minimize downtime. In most cases operator feedback can help identify root causes and talking to hygiene teams can help minimize water ingress.
