Para ello, toda la línea jerárquica debe tomar conciencia de la importancia de invertir no sólo en un PM, sino en un TPM, el cual involucra y tiene como objetivo eso: mantener en completa función los equipos. Muchas ocasiones se cuestiona tal inversión como pérdida de tiempo, a menudo por factores externos, mas, en mi opinión, esto debe negociarse, dar una justificación si se quiere cambiar de forma de pensar con respecto al TPM.
