Sempre devemos ter em mente que estamos desenvolvendo pessoas e, para isso, precisamos ser humildes o suficiente para compreender que não sabemos tudo. Na busca constante de ser a nossa melhor versão, o primeiro passo é investir em autoconhecimento, autogerenciamento e, é claro, adaptabilidade. Ao dar esses primeiros passos, abrimos portas para um desenvolvimento contínuo. Além disso, não podemos deixar de buscar a diversidade de feedbacks, pois é por meio dessa variedade de perspectivas que podemos aprimorar ainda mais nossa jornada de liderança.

Are the Leader's and the organization's core values the same? Before you can develop or adjust the leadership style, you have to determine if these two entities are aligned. If they are not, it won't matter what the leadership style is, there will always be an issue and a disconnect. Developing a leadership style takes time and is a product of trial and error through the process. 1. Find a mentor, people who represent the model you respect and admire most, then lead by example. 2. Call yourself out. Evaluate your performance regularly and adjust. Every leader finds their voice eventually but not without hard work, an ability to adapt, and an openness to change according to the teams you are leading and inspiring.

Also you need to check your resources (budget ,Humane resources, tools ,equipment......) And identify were you are in compre with your goals So you can set you way and required additional resources

By practicing and demonstrating those values in every act and behavior, both personal & professional so that colleagues, peers and people around see the effect.

For Me everything begins and ends with people, everything we do is in some way for them. If it doesn't work for them and remove stress/workload it isn't correct. Management is parenting so we need to make them safe, comfortable and know that they are supported. With that foundation in place We can give them support and tools to grow in their positions , feel skilled, valued and love what they do. Passing on this mentality creates a culture of support where everyone should know their skills,where the edges of those skills are and who to go to for help when the work goes outside of those boundaries. Teams run best when everyone has their own valued skill and also value the help and skills of the others.

I agree with the basic principles of defining a vision and utilizing the SMART framework will produce results; however, the confines of a results oriented vision may limit the capacity of others to dream. Visionaries dare others to dream, in color. Brainstorming and establishing stretch goals are precursors to the visioning process and an opportunity to obtain buy-in from all stakeholders. Visionary leaders invite and celebrate ideas that come from the team and they [visionary leaders] are willing to adopt and cultivate the recommended direction without boundaries. Eventually data to support the vision amd direction will come once key performance indicators are established, so I caution against adopting the SMART framework too early.

Leader should utilize own strengths and rather then hiding weaknesses try to find out the strength of a team members to copup the gap due to that weaknesses

I believe if you have the ability to listen you are way ahead already. This world is so distracting, the art of conversation and real connection has been lost but the folks who can still manage that way are real gems. If you can listen to what others need, how they like to be coached and take real action on that, the results will be amazing. If you approach every situation with an already figured out plan, you might be a good manipulator but you’re not a true leader of people. That approach is always a short term win and long term problem.

I follow an adaptive leadership style and continue to seek new and innovative ways to solve problems, master new skills, and view disruption as a challenge rather than a threat — all needed to prevail through uncertain times. I kept on improving business processes and changing leadership style when necessary. Instead of resisting change, I embrace it as an opportunity for growth and continuous improvement.

In my opinion remaining humble and open to feedback is an important skill of any leader. The environment is forever changing, to be successful one must continually adapt to it.

I provide positive feedback by appreciating the time and effort in their work. Of course, the quality of the output is a direct reflection of their dedication. Subsequent reviews should acknowledge a marked improvement in their presentation skills and fulfillment of their goals. My negative feedback would focus on identifying areas of improvement. It is critical to double-check the assigned work for accuracy. Also provide areas of improvement especially related to time management. The absence of timeliness in the workplace is quite obvious which is affecting the team’s productivity.

Seeking feedback will help you to refresh your mindset, way of thinking, and may lead you to know your strength or weaknesses, seeking a monthly, quarterly, or annually feedback is required as it will give you the opportunity to be best version of your self. As a leader you can seek feedback from your team, workmates, or your manager. You have to consider the positive feedbacks to keep going on track, on the other hand, you have to accept the other point of view (negative feedback), listen well & thinking about those comments positively without considering this personally. Then work on yourself and select a clear area of development as this could affect your personal, behavior, or your work attitude.

My number one goal in 2024 is to find a mentor for this specific part of my career. Mentors have shaped my life, I’ve always had someone who was ahead of me on the journey, would be very honest with me and who I really respected. The key in my mind is finding someone who will be tough on you when you need it. Open and honest helps you grow faster.

Always be flexable, no one knows it all and we all learn all the time so adapt and improve with time. Take feedback from your team, identify were you can improve and be a better leader.

You shall keep in mind that your team is always looking at you and evaluating everything you say and do. In my experience, your example is the standard your team will follow; thus you better treat them the same way you’d like to be treated.
