There are two kinds of people one who is closely watching your business and aware of pros & cons. And the other one is, who is already successful in a similar line. And the 3rd category is consultants who are experts in helping businesses to grow. Try to touch base these people directly or through others/social media/events. When you are a true learner and genuinely want to excel in your business and when people understand the value you would like to add to your customers and employees, then, you would certainly be supported through your network. Have Patience & never get entangled.
