The only constant in business, especially in the world of technology, is change. Amid change, it's crucial to ensure all employees are informed when plans shift and emerge. At G2, we do strive to do this -- keeping our global team aligned -- through consistent communication. This includes hosting monthly Global All Hands meetings, as well as a regular cadence of Product Innovation and Marketing team updates to the entire employee base. Recordings, presentations, and recaps are shared out after each of these meetings for anyone who may have missed them. We also always allot time during these sessions for audience questions and feedback to ensure a transparent and collaborative approach.

Many organisations fail to induce this effective and extremely critical step in the journey of change. Change, especially when long term, that includes various layers and aspects of people, process and technologies getting impacted, where the team involved is constantly going through rapid changes, it is not just essential but critical to take a pause & reflect. Using this time to look back on the journey and do a deep dive on lessons learned, and take time to praise, acknowledge and appreciate the team involved can bring the energy & drive for the change back in the team.
