In my experience, often the Day by Day activities are taking serious time and often, you are losing touch with latest trends and needs from the market. You need to force yourself to keep on learning and be open to new proposal. I am always open to discuss with companies providing new services or new way to approach the business. Often these video calls are quite a waste of time with the usual "bla bla bla" and nothing new, but at times you can find the "pearl" that can give you some insights for the future of the business. Analyzing data and keep you informed is always crucial in how you manage business. ... and if you think you are too old for such things... rent a hut in some deserted islands and go fishing.
