NO overhead ever! - Lamps need WARM bulbs .LED bulbs need to be filtered at a minimum 2) Fresh flowers - all of ONE type maxed out. NO mixed variety bouquets . Get creative on the vase but keep it upscale or simple. Get creative but NOT “crafty” 3) Take out any tv in the room or hide the remotes 4) Music: Work to find something NOT too familiar but interesting . Try modern acoustic remixes of jazz standards for example 5) Do NOT ever use plastic or disposable ANYTHING. 6) Be happy, welcoming and remember YOUR mood & energy will determine your guests mood and energy.!

One thing I have found helpful is definetly picking up the right room for the right guests which is completly related to how much we know our guests. This can only be achieved by the right pre arrival screening of guests.
