Many a time I have added many achievements of my juniors in their Annual Performance Apraisal Report, as a Reporting Authority. In fact, it is a good practice to introspect at the end of every month and to send a brief of highlights, achievements and constraints/ assistance required to your superior every month. This helps in mid-course correction and recollecting the things by both the Reported upon and the Reporting Authority when Annual Performance is being evaluated for pay hike etc.
