When it comes to the "competitors" section, the worst thing you can do is throw together a comparison chart with checkmarks next to features. Instead of that, try to sum up in one sentence what actually makes you different. It’s tough, but trust me, it'll pay off in the end.

What they really want to know is how you’re going to build a passionate community and turn that into a loyal customer base. A compelling vision is about a big community ideas and also about showing how you’ll ignite that fan base that drives growth and engagement (for the token most of the time, not the product). You need to articulate a powerful impact vision that gets people excited, attracts early adopters, and ultimately converts them into customers (token holders). You want to get both investors and your community on board for the long haul, isn’t? :)
