KeysightCare helps you stay ahead of the curve and accelerate the win by providing committed turnaround times and access to technical experts. KeysightCare Solution services are specifically designed for R&D or manufacturing solutions that use Keysight hardware and software. KeysightCare Solution services offer two levels of support: Basic and Premium. Basic service provides repair and calibration coverage, self-service web portal and knowledge center, and technical support response time of 2 business days. Premium service provides faster response and turnaround times, onsite technical support, software configuration support, preventive maintenance, application of service notes, and customer care review twice a year.
