The ITU Regional Office for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) works to support an enabling environment for ICT development, and foster the development of telecommunication and ICT networks to benefit citizens, governments and other stakeholders across the region. This includes working to close the digital divide and driving digital transformation to leverage the power of ICTs for economic prosperity, job creation and human capacity development.
