Services
The Central Assessment Department (CAD) is authorized to deliver internet-based and paper/pencil national, state, and professional certifications, licensure, admissions, and credentialing exams. The CAD has 24 computer workstations with audio and video monitoring and offers a thirty seat capacity classroom for paper/pencil testing.

Test Offerings
ATI Testing
ATI Educator Services provides unique opportunities and tools to help nurses excel and expand their knowledge in the role as a nurse educator. ATI, Inc. provides the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). The TEAS is offered every weekday of the month by appointment on the Jackson Campus in Bivins Hall @ 9:00 a.m. except holidays observed by the college. Candidates register at ATI Testing.
Meazure
Castle offers certifications that are considered high stakes examinations because they are used for potential employment and advancement. They safeguard the public by requiring the candidate to pass standards to enter into a profession that may impact the public such as engineering, nursing, etc. Certification Exams are listed on the Meazure website.

PSI is the market leader in high-stakes examinations for the Federal Aviation Administration. The Assessment Center offers PSI testing is provided Monday—Friday by appointment. Certiport
We are an authorized Certiport center aimed at enhancing individual productivity, marketability, and value. We are certified to deliver the official Microsoft® Office certification program, the Microsoft® Technology Associate certification program, the Adobe® Certified Associate certification program, the HP Accredited Technical Associate, the CompTIA Strata™ IT Fundamentals, the Autodesk® Certified User certification program, the Intuit® QuickBooks Certified User certification program and the Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC³®). Crane Institute Certification
Crane Institute Certification is an independent certifying organization providing accredited certification for the crane industry. The DAC offers on-line or paper/pencil testing for CIC candidates. The only graduate-level admissions test whether considering graduate school, business school or still deciding. NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing)
The National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) is an independent credentialing organization that has tested healthcare professionals and instructors throughout the United States since 1989. NCCT provides multiple qualifying paths for certification such as Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician along with many others. NCRC (National Career Readiness Certificate)/WorkKeys
WorkKeys assessments are the cornerstone of ACT workforce solutions. The assessments measure foundational skills required for success in the workplace and help measure the workplace skills that can affect job performance. Pearson VUE
Pearson VUE offers innovative computer-based testing solutions for licensure and certification examination such as but not limited to Mississippi Insurance, Pharmacy Technician, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Oracle, and much more. PSI

Praxis
The Praxis Series™ tests measure teacher candidates’ knowledge and skills. The tests are used for licensing and certification processes. Register at the Praxis website.
