Through his years of experience, Mr. LeBleu has organized predictive and preventative maintenance programs at major chemical plants, has conducted root cause analysis on equipment failures on steam turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, gear boxes, seals, couplings, bearings, heat exchangers, etc. and determined a solution to eliminate reoccurrences.
