Return Policy Details:

  • We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $4.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. This return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of a return label being issued.

Dolce Vita guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing [email protected], live chat, or calling 1-877-525-2833.

Dolce Vita merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
