Ant McPartlin worked up a sweat as he went for a gruelling workout ahead of hosting the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
The TV presenter, 48, looked exhausted as he took part in a boxercise class in Australia on Monday.
The host cut a casual figure for the day as he sported a navy T-shirt and a matching pair of shorts for the outdoor class.
Ant and the other members of the class were put through their paces as they were seen doing push-ups and core exercises.
The presenter was keeping up with his workout routine ahead of the new series of I'm A Celebrity which starts on Sunday November 17.

It comes after I'm A Celebrity announced it will be launching a brand new spin-off show called I’m A Celebrity…Unpacked this autumn on ITV2.
The show will be hosted by former jungle star Joel Dommett, 39, Capital radio DJ Kemi Rodgers, 29, and reining King of the jungle Sam Thompson, 32.
During the spin-off show the trio will dissect everything that goes on in camp, before speculating about what may be in store, all the while giving their opinions and taking part in fun debates.
They will strive to get all of the latest behind-the-scenes gossip with unseen clips, exclusive interviews, and an insider guide to the iconic Bushtucker Trials.
The trio will also be joined by several celebrity guests throughout the show and viewers will be encouraged to join all the lively debates via social media and the app.
Speaking about the exciting new spin-off show, Joel said: 'It’s BACKKKK! To say I’m excited to do live jungle-based telly again is an understatement!
'I really adore the spin-off show and I’m so glad it’s returning for more in-depth chats with A&D, the campmates and incredible guests.
'It’s going to have a different feel to it, giving fans of the show extra goss and juice.

Meanwhile, Coleen Rooney was seen checking in at the airport on Monday as she prepared for a the long flight ahead of becoming the sixth star to land in Brisbane.
In a special nod to her family, Coleen was seen wearing a gold necklace with the names of her four sons - Kai, Kit, Klay and Cass.
Cutting a chic figure for her travels, Coleen donned a loose-fitting black blazer with a white pattern and matching trousers.
Completing her airport attire, Coleen added white trainers, while her locks were swept into a simple ponytail.
Other stars included GK Barry, Danny Jones, Tulisa and Dean McCullough have already been seen arriving in Australia.
