Tulisa has revealed she plans to quit showbusiness in the next two years in favour of going into the property game.
The N-Dubz star, 36, will be back in the limelight in the coming days as she takes part in this year's series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
But it could be a last hurrah for the singer as she plans to use the money she earns from the show to launch her new career.
Speaking to Fearne Cotton on her Happy Place podcast, she said: 'The music industry is wild, it is ridiculous. I'm through most of it. I'll be out in two years from now. I'm going into property next year.
'I think I'll always come back for N Dubz. But I think the person I've become, I'm a public figure that doesn't really like being in the public eye. '

Tulisa added she has always wanted to get into property and is looking at opening some 'themed rentals'.
She said: 'I'm going into property. I am actually going to build some themed rentals. So I'm like, a super fantasy geek, all things like Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
'I've always wanted to get into the property game. But I was also like, there's some parts of it that can be a little bit mundane.
'And I was like, 'How can I do this but also be really passionate about what I'm doing. So why don't I incorporate, you know, something that I'm super passionate about?'
'So instead of just like building houses, let's build themed places that I can rent out.
'So yeah, at the minute I'm looking for land, I want it to all be very kind of like a nature reserve, you know, cabins in a forest, Hobbit houses. So, yeah, that's my, my plan for 2024. I'm absolutely buzzing.'
It comes in stark contrast to recent claims that Tulisa is planning on using her I'm A Celebrity platform to relaunch her solo career.
According to The Sun, the former X Factor judge has already been hard at work writing new music and wants to use the publicity of I'm A Celebrity to as a 'launchpad'.
A source told the publication: 'Tulisa is a musician at heart and has been quietly working on new music. Being on I'm A Celebrity is the perfect way to reintroduce herself into public life and gives her a launch pad for new solo music.
'Tulisa has worked on a new track called Stronger, which was registered officially last month. It's a really powerful song about how she handled fame and fortune – and how difficult the world can be for women.
'Tulisa wants to give something back to her fans who have been by her side through all these eyes. She'll take on the jungle and then she'll get back to work on new music. She is so excited about what's to come.'
Ahead of her much-anticipated stint in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, Tulisa has given fans a glimpse of her jaw-dropping house renovations.
The singer has spent weeks updating her home into an eclectic music haven, complete with mood lighting, and a princess-themed bedroom.
While the star had shared several videos documenting the transformation, her most recent showcased the finished product, including her own private gym and even a recording studio with personalised cushions.
In the clip, Tulisa showed how had she had transformed the outside of her home, with new back doors, a cosy rendezvous point, and a bridge over a water feature.
The property was also packed with fun 80s-inspired mood lighting, including inside the hot tub, up the stairs and in many of the rooms.
As well as building a private gym with cardio equipment and weights alike, Tulisa also built a cosy private office, with grey carpets and pink furnishings.
The star has also transformed her walk-in wardrobe with soft purple lighting, while her all-pink bedroom boasts a large vintage inspired bed piled high with pillows and huge windows framed with velvet curtains.
A pink glass chandelier hung from the ceiling which lit the room, along with fairy lights and a ceiling projector that displayed the solar system.
She decorated the space with porcelain figurines including a horse and Buddha, while an enormous teddy bear sat in the corner.
She captioned the post: 'Bedroom transformations. Amazing curtains & pillows buy @perfect_pelmetsby_m absolutely in love with them'.
Tulisa also shared a glimpse inside her new bathroom which was tiled and featured top of the range accessories as well as a portrait of the late Marilyn Monroe.
It comes just days after she posted a look at her revamped living room, kitchen and dining room - and teased her appearance on I'm A Celebrity.
Tulisa, who showed off the house's 'exterior facelift' in August, transformed the space by installing a huge stone feature wall, fireplace and neon lighting around the TV.
On the screen was a jungle, a subtle hint to her heading over to Australia in the upcoming days ahead of the series, which is set to start on November 17.
In a nod to her spirituality, Tulisa had Egyptian inspired drawings and the Eye of Horus - an ancient Egyptian symbol that represents protection - carved into the stone.
As well as a plush suede sofa, Tulia had a huge Buddha statue holding a candle in the corner and a marble Roman bust.
The N-Dubz star paid reference to her pop career with album artwork on the walls and above the wine fridge.
Builders had installed a huge cascading chandelier above the six seat dining table which stood in front of a mirror and it nearly spans the whole of the back wall.
Meanwhile, the kitchen had a marble countertop and sky windows to let plenty of light in.
After relaunching her career by reuniting with N-Dubz last year, singer Tulisa was courted by I'm A Celebrity bosses to take part, after being approached several times in the past.
A source told The Sun after finding a whole new audience on N-Dubz's reunion tour, Tulisa is hoping to relaunch her TV career, a decade after leaving The X Factor judging panel.
An insider said: 'This year is a decade since she left The X Factor so she felt the time was right to return to the TV spotlight — the amazing reception to the N-Dubz reunion tour really helped build her confidence.
'Crucially for ITV, the breadth of her career means that she will appeal to I'm a Celebrity's wide audience.
'As well as everyone knowing her from The X Factor, her original music fanbase has boomed thanks to the N-Dubz reunion tour.
'TV bosses are particularly excited by the new wealth of fans in the crucial 16 to 24 age range who have discovered Tulisa and the band through TikTok and everyone hopes the deal is signed soon.'
