"Digitization and E-Inclusion in Mathematics and Science 2024" (DEIMS2024)

15-17 February 2024, at Nihon University, Tokyo, Japan

DEIMS2024 will be held as a hybrid (in-person and online) event. You are allowed to make a presentation(s) online!

Call for papers:

The submission of extended abstracts has been already closed.

To submit a paper, please access the DEIMS2024 submission page in Easy Chair Conference System:

and upload the extended abstract (from 3 to 6 pages). You do not as yet possess an Easy Chair account, you will firstly need to create it before creating your submission.

The file format of the extended abstract should be either Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, LaTeX or Text (A4 size, 2cm margins (top/bottom/left/right), single-space lines, single colums and 12-point Times New Roman). In it, please include all authors' name(s), affiliation, contact information and a brief summary up to 100 words. They will be reviewed by two DEIMS2024 IPC members.

Camera-Ready Versions:

Final paper (camera-ready) versions should conform to a specified style, preferably using either LaTeX2e. The style file or Microsoft template (the Easy-Chair standard template) can be obtained, here (LaTeX) or here (Microsoft Word). They should be submitted by 1 January 2024.

Submission categories:

  • Full paper: up to 10 pages in the specified style
  • Short paper: up to 4 pages in the specified style

Proceedings will be published by Nihon University and will be available online.

Key Dates:

  • 16 October 2023 (JST) - Submission deadline of extended abstracts,
  • 13 November 2023 (JST) - Notification of acceptance,
  • 01 January 2024 (JST) - Submission deadline of camera-ready versions.
