The Megaro Collection is excited to announce the opening of its newest restaurant, Voyage with Adam Simmonds. Scheduled to open in January 2025, this Scandinavian fine dining establishment will be located in the heart of Kings Cross at The Megaro. We invite all patrons to experience the culinary talents of our Chef Patron, Adam Simmonds. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team to join us on this new journey, aiming to delight guests with adventurous flavours and exceptional hospitality.
