About us
The Lens is a Business in the Community podcast. It creates open and unscripted conversations between current and future leaders to challenge the way we all think about responsible business. In light of the rapid change brought about by COVID-19, it is more important than ever for business leaders to think deeply about how they can help shape a fairer, better society for everyone. The Lens creates a space for leaders to convene, always with one eye on the future. Our guests’ conversations cover topics unfolding today that will alter tomorrow. Climate change, AI and automation, and access to ‘good work’ are on the agenda, as are innovations in ensuring that workplaces are more inclusive and diverse. The Lens is produced in partnership with One Young World, a global organisation that highlights future leaders around the world. Each month a global business leader sits down with an emerging leader who is already making their mark to foster disruptive conversations and fresh connections. Business in the Community is The Prince's Responsible Business Network. We convene a unique network of purposeful leaders to share insight, expertise and create innovative programmes that deliver impact. Together our ambition is to make the UK the world leader at responsible business.
