Not tracking your clicks is one of the biggest problem your business is suffering with. The more "things" you post, the bigger the problem it becomes. I uploaded a video this morning... The video views did awful, only 400 or so... I then looked at tracking software 1 and I generated a sale however, i did not no where it came from, it simply said "organic". Tracking softwares log customers IP's. (good ones anyway) I got the IP from software 1 and crossed reference it with my link shortener (software 2). Turns out the video I posted which I thought was doing awful is where that sale came from! It's cool to know that organic, cold traffic is outperforming paid, warm traffic (this morning anyway). A effortless crappy shortform video which took 90 seconds to create generated a sale from 400 views. However, because of the tracking software(s) it generated 3 clicks. 400 Views = 3 clicks = 1 sale Because I have so many assets being posted daily understanding where and which assets are "actually" converting is the difference between aimlessly doing things and "hoping" for results VS making smart decisions from data. I now no that if I post cold videos like the video I posted I drastically increase the chances of making sales simply by replicating what works. #mindset #business #tracking

Why do firms find it so hard to say sorry? Apologising is a vital aspect of marketing. Do it well and you will retain an unhappy customer. Do it badly and you lose a customer, money and possibly damage your whole reputation. But so many companies (and big ones are the worst) get it wrong. They send out a stock response that starts with ‘Dear valued customer’, assures you they treat all complaints with the ‘upmost seriousness’, without even talking about your specific complaint, and sign off as the ‘customer services team’, rather than an actual person. The word ‘sorry’ is rarely used, instead there is ‘regret’. Regretting something is one thing, actually being sorry is another. This sort of thing just annoys people, but it doesn’t have to be this way. I don’t complain very often (I’m far too English) but I did recently, due to shocking service from a large chain. I emailed them, but within two days I received a letter (much better than an email) in response that thanked me for writing, said sorry, explained the situation (rather than just looking for excuses), and gave me some gift vouchers. The letter was written and signed by an actual person – not a ‘team’. That's saying sorry properly. *** Want to hear more from me? Does that shiny new Google Ads client hate your guts? It's probably your own fault. Hear me out... Imagine you've just signed a new client after weeks – maybe months – of nurturing and negotiating. 🖋 The ink on the contract has dried. 💰 Your first month's fee has hit your account. ❗ Everyone on both sides is eager to get started. Right here is where 99% of agencies screw up. You've just spent ages talking yourself up, explaining how you've helped other clients. If you suddenly go radio silent, your client starts to wonder if you've stopped giving a crap now that you've got them on a contract. Winning their trust isn't rocket science, but you've got to do more than simply hold up your end of the bargain. 📣 Communicate as openly and as often as when you were trying to win their business. 📨 Show them that you're doing the work to get the results, but also that you're thinking about their business. 🧠 Contribute more than what AI can do, or will be able to in the future. You can either be the agency that manages their ad account... Or you can be the one they count on to help them grow the business, win more revenue and retain customers for longer. If you don't win their trust early, you never may. And they might just come to hate you after all.

I just came off a video call with a client. This one was particularly interesting. The video channel is slightly more established and is doing many things correctly; however... There are some issues that, if addressed, could transform the channel. There's one point I want to highlight right now... The win-win outcome. Most gurus in content marketing talk about "the business owner needs to give a ton of value." While this is true, they often fail to explain it properly, resulting in a win-lose situation (win for the viewer, lose for the business). Giving away free information is crucial because it can foster mutual respect and offer a "try before you buy" experience. But what if they don't buy? Or what if they don't have time to watch or read it now? This is risky because time is money, and you have a business to run with bills stacking up. So, to simplify, every single time you create content, you should ALWAYS position your product or resource as the solution to their problem. This is your problem -> my resource is the solution -> go here to get it -> enter your email if you want your outcome to change. You're no longer giving information away for "free" because you're getting an email address in return. That email address can be emailed until they buy or die. If you're afraid of emailing them, you're missing out on a lot of money. There's no point in collecting emails or having an email list if you do not send daily emails. It's not spamming as long as you're not saying the same thing every day. Make every email about a typical problem they are facing, then discuss how that problem can be solved by using your service or buying your product. #videomarketing #views #leads #sales #marketing

3 Hacks to make the perfect Hero section The hero is the first section people see when they click onto a website, It also has the highest rate of people leaving when they see it. So nailing it will bring you more sales and return on investment for any ad spend you’re doing or plan on doing in future. Follow these hacks and you’ll know how to grab your clients attention and get them engaged within seconds. >> Stars Social proof is incredibly important when selling online. It not only puts people at ease knowing they aren’t about to get scammed… It also puts pressure on them that “If these people paid and got all these benefits, if I don’t I’ll miss out!” Of course, testimonials are perfect for this but you can’t show them first as no one knows what your product/service even is yet. You can however, showcase 5 stars from google, trustpilot or any other service you’re highly rated on to set the scene that you’re a highly trusted brand. >> Peek of more content This is a golden tidbit that I only learned recently. It’s only natural to assume that the best way to design a hero is to have all of it perfectly in frame. But that isn’t true. Surprisingly enough, analytics show that revealing the heading of your next section skyrockets engagement. And it makes a lot of sense - imagine you click onto a website and you aren’t even interested in the service, You’re about to leave but at the very bottom of your screen you see “How we do it”. You’re going to be inherently curious and scroll further to find out, and then you’re hooked. You’ve already engaged once and found out more about the brand, if the copywriting is halfway decent you’ll scroll to the very bottom and possibly take action. Just from scooting your next sections header up a few frames. >> Value Proposition What’s the biggest piece of text on your website say? > Some cryptic description of your service? > Your company name? > Your location? These are all as bad as each other so I won’t single one out as the worst, Because there’s only one right answer, Value proposition. Write a straightforward piece of text that articulates your offer in simple terms. Mine is - “I help 6-7 figure founders grow their business through expert web design” Pretty short and hard to misinterpret - that’s how it needs to be. People know what you do in 5 seconds or they leave, that simple.
