And destroy your competition 👇🏻Must read👇🏻 If you think that getting clients is hard and market is becoming saturated than you need to read this We feel saturation when demand and supply Becomes equal And this happens because of the new suppliers in the market They give same services at cheaper rates, which makes it harder to get new clients But It’s a good thing because these people will be out of market in next six months And Because they are not skilled enough and at their cost it will be hard for them to deliver results so what will happen in six months. They will lose clients and these clients will look for people who are experienced so they will not choose the cheaper options again and because they already know about service they will be a warm lead for your business And it will be very easy for you to close them by showing your results So always remember if you are good at what you do, if you understand the problems that you are solving and you are best at solving it, then there is no saturation for you excuse of saturated market is for mediocres The Army of Mediocres use this as a excuse to hide their lack of skill So master your craft Let me know what you think

Harsh truth: Your marketing isn't working because you're telling inside jokes and... Spreading messages filled with industry jargon. Don't be cute or clever. Be clear. Clarity sells, confusion repels. PS: All your marketing should start with who you're addressing. If the people you're addressing can understand your inside jokes, your messaging will work.

I took my SaaS client from 0 inbound leads to 1 per week in 3 months. When we started working together, the tool he built was only a couple of weeks old. - 2 users - Zero traction - Small marketing budget (just running a few ads alongside LinkedIn) - No influencer backing And his LinkedIn account was averaging <500 impressions per post. We started from scratch pretty much. I studied his product to pick out the key benefits, analysed his audience to understand what they look like and what message(s) would resonate, and then built a list of prospects for him to start building relationships with via commenting and DMing. This is Tanim Zaman. He has a: → Over £10 million property business → Over $54,288 ARR Skool His ICP is super specific as he is in property - usually takes more resources and time. But his funnels pre-qualifies this ICP w/om losing leads with friction. Last week I funnel hacked him, here's 4 things you can steal: 1. The Key Funnel Strategy Instead of a simple one-step opt-in, he built a 2-Step Funnel. Step 1: Broad lead capture (e.g., guide or training video) Step 2: Qualifying survey + incentive to complete it This structure allows you to bring in a wide net, while ensuring only high-intent leads move forward. 2. Headline Strategy The headline does a few things well: → Calls out the specific audience: “uk based muslims” → Elevates their worry: “Without any riba (interest)” → Outlines the desire: “6-figure profit with halal property” This all targets his one ICP. 3. Capture Leads with Less Friction, Then Qualify The best way to capture broad leads is to reduce initial friction: → Simple form (just email and name) → A clear incentive (e.g., a free guide or training) Once they’re in, move them to a qualifying step—like a survey. Incentivize it with exclusive content to maintain engagement. 4. Using Incentives to Offset Friction In this funnel, we added friction by including a qualifying survey. But we also offset it with incentives: → A progress bar to show how close they are to finishing → A GIF showing a preview of the masterclass These keep motivation high, even when asking for more information. =========== PS.
