The energy and telecommunications sectors have widely adopted Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) billing for its accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness. But what about the UK non-domestic water industry? Is there a pressing need or regulatory requirement for EDI billing within this sector? 💭 Our Cloudwater Edge solution provides a sophisticated .xml billing output option but it has not had a great uptake from our customer base.
