Do you want to make more money from your website? I suppose that's a stupid question, of course we do! So if your website is sat there doing nothing and not bringing you in leads and clients then it needs a bit of a shake up! On Monday 9th September I will be running a workshop showing you exactly how to do that. In the morning session that runs from 10-12 we will be delving into what you want your website to do, what your potential clients need your website to do, how you can take them from landing on your website to working with you, how you can get them to your website in the first place and so much more! Then in the afternoon session that runs from half 12 until half 2 it's implementation time, time to map out your action plan, make tweaks on your website, ask questions and get me to take a look at your website and suggest tweaks. It's in Mountain Ash Town Hall and we have had two people move onto the next workshop as they are unable to come so there are now two spaces free (it was sold out!) ‘Niching down will reduce the number of customers that I can serve’ This is the biggest false belief a Coach can have Let’s try to understand the underlying fear… This means, ⇥ I will have to say ‘no’ to those outside my niche ⇥ The circle of my Ideal Clients will become smaller ⇥ This would lead to a lesser number of enquiries ⇥ This also means losing out on income Now, let’s look at the other perspective… When you say ‘YES’ to everyone, It means you are solving everyone's problem And when you solve everyone's problem — YOU SOLVE NOTHING! Because when you are solving everyone's problem You are competing with a huge section of the crowd. For example… When I say, ‘I do Facebook ads for Coaches’ My competitors will be let's say 100 people (at the max) And out of 100, there are only 3 - 5 who are doing it very well. Not tracking your clicks is one of the biggest problem your business is suffering with. The more "things" you post, the bigger the problem it becomes. I uploaded a video this morning... The video views did awful, only 400 or so... I then looked at tracking software 1 and I generated a sale however, i did not no where it came from, it simply said "organic". Tracking softwares log customers IP's. (good ones anyway) I got the IP from software 1 and crossed reference it with my link shortener (software 2). Turns out the video I posted which I thought was doing awful is where that sale came from! It's cool to know that organic, cold traffic is outperforming paid, warm traffic (this morning anyway). A effortless crappy shortform video which took 90 seconds to create generated a sale from 400 views. However, because of the tracking software(s) it generated 3 clicks. 400 Views = 3 clicks = 1 sale Because I have so many assets being posted daily understanding where and which assets are "actually" converting is the difference between aimlessly doing things and "hoping" for results VS making smart decisions from data. I now no that if I post cold videos like the video I posted I drastically increase the chances of making sales simply by replicating what works. #mindset #business #tracking
