This is so absolutely, totes amaze. Words can't describe how proud I am of that little snozcumber Jason Stevens, this achievement is beyond comprehension. Vagabond Wines has only gone and got to the finals of the HR Excellence awards for our L&D strategy. He's done it all with no funds. He's improved NPS by a mere 48 points (getting us to 88). He's improved engagement with training by 70%!!!! He's created a culture of learning, growth and ownership through his passion, love and presence alone. Case study: We worked with Miss Polly Café for two years to streamline its processes and hospitality HR.  The challenge: The business scaled in a short space of time, leaving the founders overwhelmed with admin tasks, taking them away from the core of the business.  The solution: We matched Miss Polly with our hospitality expert, Nicky, who conducted a full HR audit to understand any gaps. From this, she created a full Hospitality HR strategy in line with the business KPIs.
