    Working directly with the Microsoft Adaptive Cards product team to implement actionable emails after a successful POC which was demoed globally by Microsoft at the Ignite event.

    This new technology allows users with an Office 365 account to action API calls securely and directly via a button click in the email, negating the need to log into the portal for actions such as approving employee timesheets.

    I am currently managing a project to fully configure Release Management 2015 Update 2 on the LPS project, which has now been bundled with Team Foundation Server rather than a separate entity. The overall configuration around the application and security is complete; as well as some team projects configured; but this will be an on-going project over the next 6 months to configure all team project software artifacts in between other project work.

    Nominated for "Project of the Year" at the Dynamites 19 awards for an innovative collaboration with Microsoft in Redmond utilising their new Actionable Messages technology with our cloud based Online Timesheets service. The project culminated in Microsoft doing multiple demos of the integration at the Microsoft Ignite worldwide event.
